How Do I Get a Title Search on My Property?

Search by Volume Folio Number

1. Select the “Volume Folio (Title)” option in the Search By section
2. Select either “VIC” or “NSW” in the State section
3. Enter the volume/folio number of a property into the search bar
4. Click the “Find Title” button 

What to Do Next

Buy Title

After selecting the title you’re searching for, you must add the selected title to your shopping cart and go to checkout.

Buy Associated Documents

Users can purchase all available associated documents containing comprehensive, up-to-date information on the property. These documents will be sent to the user’s email address straightaway. Please note the documents available for purchase will depend on which state the property is located in.
